What’s the difference between hatha and power yoga?

The hatha yoga classes are mixed ability, suitable for all levels of experience. Beginners are welcome.

The power yoga classes are physically more challenging, suited to students with previous experience of yoga with a good level of fitness.

You are welcome to try both styles to find the class that suits you, as levels of intensity can vary.
