Yoga poses, breath-work, mindfulness and meditation draw the focus away from our busy minds, encouraging a sense of inner calm and connection.

Join our friendly, accessible, online community and practice from the comfort of your own home. Cut out the traffic and travel, and enjoy time on your yoga mat with like-minded people. You are welcome to join ‘live online’ or have a recording of the class to enjoy your yoga practice at another time to suit you.
